Lens alongside Profound, Otterly, Peec and Semrush AI Visibility (2026)

If you want to measure AI search visibility, you have options. Below is Lens next to 4 well-known tools, exclusively on properties each tool publicly documents itself. Every cell carries a source reference; sources with retrieval dates are listed at the bottom. We compare facts, not judgements.

The difference we built Lens for sits in the last row. Lens records the platform’s own search behaviour per answer and classifies every non-mention: the model did not search, your site was not among the consulted sources, or your page was read and not cited. We did not find that per-non-mention diagnosis in the public documentation of the 4 other tools (retrieved 9 September 2026); the closest are Otterly’s content audit and Peec’s sources layer.

The Lens properties follow our public methodology (scoring v3.2) and the measurement layer that has recorded search behaviour per answer since September 2026. What that diagnosis delivers in practice, including the numbers that argue against us, is in our research article on 3 measurements.
