Who we are
Hiveminds (Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. 69452830), Leidseweg 50, 3531 BC Utrecht, the Netherlands, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and through Hiveminds Lens. For questions or requests, contact info@hiveminds.nl.
What we process
Contact and website. When you contact us we process your name, email address and the content of your message so we can respond. From website visits we process limited technical data needed to keep the site secure and working.
Hiveminds Lens (client accounts). For platform users we process account data (name, business email address) and the data needed to deliver the service: the domain you have measured, the question set you pin, and the resulting measurements.
Retention
We retain account data and measurement results for as long as you hold an account with us and for up to twelve months afterwards, unless a statutory retention period requires longer. Contact messages are kept for up to two years.
Processors and transfers
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery and the AI models used to run measurements. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this takes place under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of performance of our agreement with you, your consent, or our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Send your request to info@hiveminds.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
We place cookies and similar technologies on our website and in Lens. Which ones, what they are for, and how to change your choice is set out in our cookie statement.
